Browse listings on the Listings page, click "Buy a Username" on a listing you like, enter the username you want to purchase, and a support ticket will be created. Our team or a verified middleman will help facilitate the trade securely.
You need the Seller role. Join our Discord and open a ticket to apply. Once approved, you can create a listing from the Listings page with your asking price and details.
A vouch is a verified review from a completed trade. After a ticket is resolved, the buyer can leave a rating (1-5 stars) and written feedback for the seller. Vouches build seller reputation and help others make informed decisions.

We implement multiple safety measures: verified seller roles, community vouch system, middleman tickets overseen by staff, and OAuth authentication via haunt.gg. However, all trades carry inherent risk — always verify the seller, check their vouches, and use middleman services for high-value trades.
Currently, Haunt Market does not charge platform fees for listings or trades. Middleman services provided by staff are free. Any fees would be clearly communicated before a transaction.

No. Authentication is handled exclusively through haunt.gg which connects to your Discord account. You must have a Discord account to use Haunt Market.
If you used a middleman ticket, staff can review the evidence and attempt to mediate. However, Haunt Market cannot guarantee recovery of lost usernames or funds. Always use the middleman service for protection, and trade at your own risk.
